When do I get my tracking link?
We email your tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first update.
My tracking hasn't updated
Carriers sometimes scan a parcel only at the next hub, so updates can pause for a few days. International orders (UK, Canada, Australia) may pause briefly at customs. If nothing changes for a while, contact us with your order number.
My package says delivered but isn't here
Check with neighbors and around your mailbox, then contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.
Can I change my address?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once a parcel has shipped, the address usually can't be changed.
